This retreat is an invitation to recharge your energy and soul, in a space where you can feel supported and connected with like-minded mothers. We have prepared a program specially designed for you to restore, renew and revitalize. All you need to do is give yourself permission to enjoy your time. 

Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Elohee Retreat Center offers tranquility and serenity. This is a very special place to disconnect from the busyness of our day to day lives while reconnecting with nature and discover your true self.  Throughout the weekend we will nurture our mind, body and spirit by meditating, exploring different yoga styles (nidra, restorative and gentle flow), learning about the power of breath (pranayama), discovering our Ayurvedic doshas and how they impact our overall well being, and balance our energy using Reiki techniques. 

This all-inclusive weekend retreat includes: 

  • Two nights accommodations 

  • All delicious, healthy meals from arrival on Friday through lunch on your Sunday before your departure. All meals prepared in house, including an Ayurveda cooking class for lunch on Saturday. 

  • Tea and coffee are available at any time. 

  • All yoga and meditation activities. Including outdoor sunrise meditation and yoga, if weather permits. All classes are catered towards all levels, perfect for beginners and/or more experienced yogis. 

  • Ayurveda talk, recipes and dosha classification. 

  • Nature hiking through Elohee’s beautiful landscape.

About Lilia Sofia

Lilia Sofia is a graduate of RYT 200 of Blue Lotus Yoga, now LIFT Yoga + Body.  She is from Mexico City and has been living in Atlanta with her family for over 25 years.

Lilia started on her Yoga journey 20 years ago. More than anything, Lilia found that the Yogic philosophy was just as important as the Yogic practice. Through time, she realized that staying present, mindful, and breathing through hardships of life were extremely important.

Although these lessons presented themselves throughout the years, quarantine allowed Lilia to take a step back from the outside world, and a step forwards into her internal world. Instead of acting on what the world had taught her, Lilia decided to look within and find her calling. 

At 50 years old, she took a leap of faith and started to craft a career around her healing journey. Her mission was to help people achieve their goals and aspirations, just as she achieved hers. She looks to help others heal as she heals herself.

Her callings led her to become a Reiki Master, a certified Health and Wellness coach (from a program she took at Emory University), and a graduating Yoga instructor of Blue Lotus Yoga, now “LIFT Yoga  + Body”. She has also worked to receive a certification in Bioenergetic Training and Mindfulness for Stress Reduction, also known as MBSR. 

This year  Lilia Sofia obtained a certification from “Instituto Habitos” in Monterrey, Mexico for “Coaching in Changing Habits”.

This all led to the birth of Harmony and Wellness. With the mission to help customers shift their perspectives to achieve their goals in health and wellness.

In 2023 she co-hosted local workshops and day retreats for Yoga and Meditation in Milton Georgia.

About Adriana 

Adriana is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher. She is currently working towards her 300 hrs certification. She has enjoyed a personal practice for over 20 years, participating in many workshops and retreats all over the world. Through yoga, Adriana builds the foundation of her mental, spiritual and physical health. Adriana first came to yoga because of serious back pain. At the beginning, yoga was just a way to relieve pain. However, she quickly discovered the inner calling to expand her knowledge beyond the physical aspects of this beautiful practice. 

Adriana started traveling and studying all aspects of yoga, learning about meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy as a whole. After many years of personal development, she decided to deepen her practice further by becoming a yoga instructor. She is constantly learning and practicing different healing modalities to expand her knowledge. She completed courses/workshops in Ayurveda, restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation and menstruality among others. 

Last year, she started teaching at LIFT Yoga + Body and offering workshops and retreats from her home studio after forming Awakening Goddess. Adriana's approach to yoga is focused on creating a journey of self discovery through breath, movement and mindfulness. 

Adriana encourages all those around her to explore life with a sense of curiosity and adaptability. She wants students to feel peaceful, grounded and empowered. She hopes to simply be a vessel that will aid those down a path of awakening to become their most genuine and truest version of themselves.
