In short, I want to help people achieve their goals. I have found that through yoga, meditation, and through wellness coaching, people can find a deeper sense of appreciation for themselves and the world around them, and I am looking to help you achieve just that.
Wellness Coaching
Coaching’s primary purpose is to help you work on yourself at your own pace; it is to help you feel free, liberated, and un-stuck. Lilia Sofia specializes in health and wellness coaching, looking to support both your internal and your external world.
Yoga
Lilia Sofia teaches gentle yoga, a practice that focuses on moving your body with your breath. Learning how to move with purpose and intention can help you stay present in all aspects of life.
Meditation
Learning how to breathe is important; finding your breath in times of chaos and turbulence will help you find your zen when times get rough. Lilia Sofia will help you practice meditation and breath work in a safe space and environment.
